Return Policy:

All sales are final and not permitted for a refund. However, if an item arrives grossly misstated or is not in working order, you may request to return the item for a refund at the discretion of The Right Dial, not to be unreasonably withheld. All returns must be requested no later than 48 hours after receipt of the item, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 5% and forfeiture of reimbursement of any shipping or customs costs incurred by The Right Dial.

If you discover any issues regarding the watch's originality, you can return the watch for a full refund. For items shipped to you, the return period begins upon the signature of receipt. For items delivered in person, the return period starts upon collection. Please note that the watch must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying accessories and documentation to qualify for a refund.
Products that have been shipped/delivered sealed and became unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders will be processed and shipped once full payment has been cleared. Until the watch has been paid for in full, it remains the property of The Right Dial. We will ship the product within 2 to 3 days after the full payment is cleared. We offer shipping via express courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with delivery typically occurring within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. However, The Right Dial is not responsible for any delays from the courier. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
